Hospitality careers rarely follow a straight line—and neither does learning. This session explores how education can support career growth at every stage, from earning an undergraduate degree to pursuing graduate education and returning to the classroom for targeted professional development.

Through the experiences of hospitality professionals at different points in their learning journeys, we’ll examine how education builds more than credentials. It develops new skills, expands perspectives, creates connections, and prepares leaders to navigate what’s next—including the rapidly changing impact of technology and AI on hospitality.
