Dr. Suzanne Markham Bagnera, CHA, CED, is an Assistant Professor at Florida International University’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, where she leads lodging-focused instruction and serves as Program Director of Hospitality Executive Education. With over 25 years of hospitality industry experience and 24 years in higher education, Suzanne has held leadership roles at IHG hotels and top universities. She co-created FIU’s executive course on AI in hospitality and is the Founder of the Hospitality Leadership Academy. A published author and award-winning podcast producer (No Vacancy Live, [CLIC] Connect, & Friday Night Audit), she’s been recognized by the International Hospitality Institute as one of the most influential educators and social media voices in the field .
