Cover the trends, tech and leaders shaping the future of hospitality

Qualified media and content creators receive a complimentary badge with access to the show floor, education, networking, expert interviews, and more. 

A press badge includes:

  • Exhibit floor access

  • Use of the onsite Press Room

  • Access to networking events and curated show experiences

  • Entry to education sessions and live demos

  • Support in coordinating interviews with speakers, exhibitors, or show leaders

Press Registration

Qualified editorial media may register for a complimentary press pass. Before submitting your registration, please review our press credential policy.

Press badges are reserved for media professionals in an editorial role, including reporters, editors, producers, and broadcasters, who regularly cover hospitality, hotel operations, travel, design, technology, or related industries through recognized media outlets.

Please note: 

  • Individuals in advertising sales, PR, marketing, or management roles should register as Media Affiliates. 

  • Freelancers must provide proof of editorial assignment or consistent bylines with a reputable publication. 

  • Private consultants and freelancers who are paid by a third-party company are not eligible for a press pass and should request a pass through the sponsoring company.

All registrations are subject to approval by show management. Badges may also be issued onsite with qualifying credentials.

Digital Content Creators

Qualified digital content creators including podcasters, social media influencers, and bloggers may also register for a complimentary press pass and attend as a media representative. Before submitting your registration, please review our press credential policy.

Digital content creators must submit the following credentials for be reviewed by Event Staff for approval: 

  • Links: Link to applicable website, blog, or social media profiles.

  • Statement of Purpose: A document outlining your reason for attending.

  • Acknowledgement of posting requirements: Agreement to the following posting requirements.

Approved digital content creators will meet the following qualifications:

  • Content: Digital content creator must regularly create and post content on the hospitality industry and its vertical markets.

  • Following: Have an engaged and legitimate following of 1,000+ that have interests aligned with the hospitality industry.

  • Reason for attending: Media representatives must attend for the primary purpose of covering the event in an editorial capacity.

Approved Digital Content Creators will meet the following posting requirements:

  • Content goals: All content posted by approved digital content creators must be original and promotional in nature. Posts must be approved in advance by event staff.

  • Pre-event: The Digital Content Creator agrees to post three (3) times to all channels included in the application.

  • During event: The Digital Content Creator agrees to post three (3) times to all channels included in the application.

  • Qualifying posts: Posts must be feed posts (albums and carousels will count for one of the required posts) and not deleted following the event.

  • All podcasters are required to talk about The Hospitality Show in a minimum of three episodes prior to October 28, 2025.

  • All bloggers are required to write about The Hospitality Show three times on their website prior to October 28, 2025.

  • If bloggers and podcasters have active social media channels with a following of 1,000+, then they are also required to post three times to their channels prior to October 28, 2025, and during The Hospitality Show (October 26 – October 28, 2025).

  • Tagging: All posts must include the official show hashtag (#TheHospitalityShow2025) and tag the official show channels where applicable:
  • Failure to adhere to the three-post requirement prior to October 28, 2025, may lead to refusal of entry at The Hospitality Show and having badge requests being declined for future years.

All registrations are subject to approval by show management.
