Invite your customers with free Expo passes!

Welcome to The Hospitality Show exhibitor contest! We will be supporting The International Small Group & Tree Planting Program (TIST) project in Kenya, working at the heart of the nation’s biodiversity conservation and sustainable development. Local farmers integrate tree planting within their farmed lands, which protects their crops from extreme weather events like drought, increases biodiversity, and provides more sustainable income. 

By bringing your customers (for free!) you are helping us give back to this community – by planting trees! Every customer you get registered allows us to plant a tree. 

How it Works

1. You will receive an email from The Hospitality Show with your promo code. If you need a reminder, please contact your sales representative.

2. Invite your customers with a complimentary Expo pass!*

3. The more registrants = the more trees planted for TIST. For every one registrant that uses your promo code, we will plant one tree in your company name. Please share the general attendee link for registration (promo code is used in Step 3). 

4. The exhibiting company with the most registrations using their dedicated promo code, will win an exclusive 10-person tour of The Sphere! Tour date is Tuesday, June 27th 5:00-6:00 PST.

5. All exhibitor participants will be recognized at The Hospitality Show as a dedicated supporter of our Sustainability initiative. We will have a live tree donation count!

*Expo pass includes access to The Hospitality Show Expo Hall only as well as all evening receptions. Recipients must be a qualified attendee with true buying power, and cannot be a member of your organization.

** The complimentary Expo pass is intended for new registrants only - no refunds will be issued for pre-registered attendees.

Contest Closes Wednesday, June 21st 5PM EST. Winner will be notified Thursday, June 22nd by COB to provide ten (10) names for The Sphere tour. Contest applies to non-sponsoring exhibitors only.
