As Chief Executive Officer of Pyramid Global Hospitality, Warren Fields leads one of the industry's largest hospitality management companies, overseeing strategic growth across a portfolio of approximately 200 properties in the United States, Caribbean, and Europe.
With more than three decades of hospitality experience, Warren has built a career spanning operations, investments, development, and owner relations. He founded Pyramid Hotel Group in 1999 after holding leadership positions with Promus Hotel Corporation, Guest Quarters Hotels, DoubleTree Hotels, and Beacon Hotel Corporation. In 2021, he became a founding partner for Pyramid Global Hospitality, which today manages nearly $10 billion in hotel assets and approximately $3 billion in annual revenue globally.
Prior to becoming Pyramid’s CEO, Warren served as a chief investment officer, leading acquisitions, development, and third-party management growth initiatives. His unique combination of investment expertise and operational leadership has helped position Pyramid as a trusted partner for owners across branded and independent hotels, resorts, and conference centers.
Warren earned his degree from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, and he serves on its advisory board. He has also been a board member for the Massachusetts Port Authority and Independent Bank Corp., parent company of Rockland Trust Co.
