Mychal Milian, MSHM, CHA, is General Manager of Marriott Stanton South Beach. A South Florida native, he has spent nearly 20 years growing through the hospitality industry, from operational leadership roles to leading hotels for brands within Marriott and Hilton, SLS Hotels, The Standard, and COMO Hotels and Resorts. In addition to his work as a hotel executive, Mychal serves as a Professor of Lodging Operations at Florida International University and is an active industry advocate and community leader.
