Mary Rogers is the Executive Vice President of Hospitality Operations at Turnberry, where she oversees the company’s hotel portfolio. With more than 25- years in luxury hospitality, she has built a career defined by leadership, innovation, and results. Mary began with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company before breaking barriers as the first female General Manager of the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach. She later held senior roles with Montage Hotels & Resorts in California, where she refined her expertise in aligning operations with brand vision. Today at Turnberry, she focuses on performance, service excellence, and stakeholder engagement, bringing her passion for people and hospitality to every project.
