Bio:

Kevin Osterhaus is the President of Hilton’s Global Lifestyle Brands. Before joining Hilton, he was President of Graduate Hotels, a hospitality brand known for its hotels in university-anchored communities. In his role, Kevin oversaw all aspects of global operations for the company’s portfolio, which includes 35 properties across the United States and the United Kingdom.

Prior to this, Kevin was Chief Operating Officer at Ennismore International, managing global operations for the company’s Lifestyle portfolio. His career includes leadership roles as President of SIXTY Hotels and Executive Vice President of Operations for Standard International. Additionally, he led the operations through the launch and growth of Bunkhouse Hotel Group.

Kevin is a proponent of employee development and education. Under his leadership, Graduate Hotels launched Graduate Academy, offering educational opportunities to team members, ensuring college tuition and certifications at no cost, and Prep School, working with universities and local non-profits to provide hospitality career skills and job opportunities in the community.

Kevin serves on the Board of Trustees for the AHLA Foundation, as well as the Advisory Boards of Saira Hospitality, a global nonprofit focused on driving sustainable labor through hospitality skills education, the Cornell Center for Innovative Hospitality Labor and Employment Relations (CIHLER) Management, and the University of Missouri’s hospitality program where he received his degree in Hospitality Management.
