Bio:
Jeremy Tobin is a Senior Vice President on the Hotel Team at Starwood Capital Group, based in New York City. In this role, Mr. Tobin focuses on executing disposition/refinancing transactions, executing investment strategies, and managing Owner investment across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of full and focused-service hotel assets within the United States. He has responsibility for hotel investments across multiple private equity fund vehicles, chain scales and geographies.
Prior to joining Starwood Capital, Mr. Tobin was a Director of Acquisitions and Development with MCR Hotels, based in New York, and served on the Investments team of KHP Capital Partners, based in San Francisco. Jeremy started his career with Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, in Bethesda, MD, focused on Hotel Asset Management.
Mr. Tobin received a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University with a minor in Real Estate.
