Heather Altieri, Avendra International’s Vice President of Account Management & Customer Success, develops and executes account management strategies that build and maintain successful relationships with Avendra’s hospitality clients to ensure they reach their goals and objectives in the procurement space. A charter member, Heather has over 24 years of experience at Avendra and specializes in change management, project management, optimizing program performance and delivering value to Avendra’s customers. A first-generation college student, Heather’s strong work ethic, can do attitude and personable approach allowed her to rise through Avendra’s ranks from an entry level Analyst position to her current role as VP. And, as one of Avendra’s charter members, Heather has made an indelible impact on Avendra’s success. Her passion for mentoring and developing people and challenging them achieve their fullest potential is evidenced through the numerous associates she’s helped promote into leadership roles.
