Bio:
Dr. Cassandra G. Hill is the President and CEO of Suite Dreams Hospitality, a hospitality consulting firm in Fayetteville, North Carolina. She is the Executive Director of the Choice Hotels Owners Council, an Association that supports the 6000+ individuals that own and operate the mid-scale hotel brands Comfort, Quality, Sleep, Clarion, and MainStay of Choice Hotels International. Cassandra’s hospitality career began 25 years ago as a part-time night auditor during college, which she sometimes views as divine intervention because her chosen career was forensic accounting.
Cassandra holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Leadership, and a Doctorate in Organizational Development and Design. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Executive Coaching from Liberty University. She is a Delta Sigma Theta Sorority member, serves on the IFA Diversity Institute board, is the Chairwoman of the Black Franchise Leadership Council’s Education Committee, and is a champion for the rights of underrepresented minorities in ownership and leadership within the hospitality industry. Her certifications include CHA, Certified Hotel Administrator, and CFE Candidate, Certified Franchise Executive.
