Bio:
Carl Long is the President and CEO of Purchasing Management International (PMI), one of the hospitality industry’s leading FF&E and OS&E procurement firms, with offices in Dallas, Las Vegas, and Mumbai, India. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Texas Christian University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of North Texas.
Mr. Long’s experience includes domestic and international projects, including oversight of PMI’s operations in India and project management throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. Leading PMI’s continued growth, Mr. Long is a recognized expert in helping owners execute best in class purchasing strategies for complex renovations, luxury developments, and large-scale hospitality projects.
Mr. Long has served as President of the International Society of Hospitality Purchasers and was part of the Allied Member Executive Committee of AAHOA. He currently leads HD University and is a member of the AHLA Design and Construction Committee.
