Alfonso Perez-Vega

Bio:

Alfonso Perez-Vega is the GM of the Brown Palace Hotel & Spa, a 130-year-old luxury landmark and Autograph Collection property in downtown Denver, and he simultaneously oversees the Holiday Inn Express Denver Downtown. Running both means leading across two very different service models: a full-service historic icon with multiple food and beverage outlets, a spa, and extensive event business alongside a select-service property, all under one complex leadership structure. He owns the full P&L for both hotels and interfaces directly with the ownership and management company on financial performance, capital strategy, and an active transaction process.

Day to day, he leads a large team across rooms, food and beverage, engineering, sales and finance, and he is hands-on with the analytical side of the business, building the forecasting, guest impact, and cost-containment models that drives how the team makes decisions. His focus is balancing the stewardship a historic asset demands with the discipline the current market requires.
