Janki Patel is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Ascend Hotel Group, where she combines a lifelong passion for hospitality with a commitment to building a company centered on people, experiences, and growth. Her journey in the industry began at just 16 years old, working hands-on in hotels and learning what it truly takes to create a memorable guest stay. That early start fueled a career dedicated to shaping the future of hospitality.
At Ascend, Janki oversees every aspect of operations — from staffing and guest experience to sales, marketing, and financial performance. Beyond numbers and strategy, what drives her most is building welcoming spaces where guests feel at home and creating strong, supportive teams that grow together.
With a degree in Business and an MBA currently in progress, Janki blends education with real-world leadership to keep Ascend forward-thinking and adaptable. Her vision for the company goes beyond growth — it’s about building a culture of excellence, collaboration, and long-lasting impact in the communities their hotels serve.
Outside of work, Janki enjoys flying planes, exploring fashion, and traveling the world. Whether in the air, discovering new styles, or experiencing new destinations, she carries the same spirit of curiosity and adventure that guides their approach to hospitality.
