With a hands-on, people-centered leadership approach, Anita excels at aligning service excellence with strategic goals and fostering empowered, collaborative workplace cultures. Outside of work, Anita enjoys spending time with her four rescue dogs, judging BBQ competitions with her husband, staying active with Orangetheory Fitness, and traveling the globe.
